Uraltechnostroy - 10!

A trial start-up of oil treatment and transfer unit took place at Arigolsk field of LLC "Slavneft-Nizhnevartovsk" . For the field, that is existing for a period of a little over one year, this, of course, is an event. Both, builders and customers were in agitation. And, the result exceeded all expectations. Just some minutes passed, and flare made several noisy breaths and fire tongues went up. Even those oil specialists who said, they saw everything, were surprised, they had never seen flare kindling from the first attempt. Somebody said a joke: "Start-up is failed, for no single pipe is leaking". As it is said, jokes are jokes, but one thing is clear, -builders (Megion affiliate JSC "Construction
company "Slavneftstroy") and contractors ("Uraltechnostroy") made a first rate job.

They submitted a quality made work, done in a record-high period: only one year passed from the moment, when a first pile was driven in. According to Rustem Mazinov, deputy general capital construction director of JSC "Arigolneftegeologia", "Uraltechnostroy" people supplied to this site the most up to date equipment, applying here their know-how as well - three phase separator. Precisely separator allows efficient water/oil separation, and no need any more in installation of tank batteries for its accumulation.

"Uraltechnostroy" company offered to put all flow process diagram of oil treatment system in automatic mode. And this means, that operators shall control the process of oil treatment and processing staying at their computers. -All information about a condition of tanks, pressure, voltage and etc. is displayed on the monitor,- says Gennadiy Gromykhlin, deputy chief automation of JSC "Arigolneftegeologia". - Alan Bredler, controller of American firm "Alan Bredler" maintain the operation of all unit in automatic mode. At the beginning, a representative of our automation service will help to the operator regarding instrumentation. The oil treatment and transfer unit is an essential element of the field. Needs of field were met by means of an elementary equipment before its start-up due to the fact that most of the wells were blower ones, disposing non-watery oil. Presently, when the field is gradually transferring to the mechanized mode of production, to provide with water pumping to maintain formation pressure, there is nothing to be done without oil treatment unit. Acording to Muslim Galiev, chief engineer of "Slavneft-Nizhnevartovsk" LLC., two months are given for start-up and commissioning of oil treatment unit, but it may occur, that these terms will be also reduced, because specialists fulfilled the project with the highest proffesional level. So, the state acceptance is not far off..
