Oil registration modules
Name: Operative oil registration module

Function: Intended for automated volumetric (mass) measurement of oil, qualitative data (den-sity, viscosity, dryness, pressure, temperature) and unified sample taking according to GOST 2517; information issue, submitted by automation means to computer and fol-lowing its displaying at the automated operator working place.


Completeness

Inlet filters pack, oil quantity measurement unit with flowmeters (volumetric or mass); quality oil control (if required); drain pipelines system; module-shelter.

Module-shelters are fitted with electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas-content control systems and fire alarm sensors.

As per Customer requirement, equipment of Russian or import manufacture may be installed in the oil registration assemblage.

Operative oil registration assemblage may be placed in a module-shelter and upon open frame, and it is manufactured in various construction execution and completeness depending on Customer requirement.

Operative oil registration assemblage conforms to OCT 26.260.18-2004 "Technological modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements"

Designation

Exemplary symbolic notation when ordering Operative oil registration assemblage (BYYH-O) in module-shelter with a range of 200 m3/h, operating pressure 6,3 MPa and climatic execution per GOST 15150 for moderate and cold climate: BYYH-O-200-6,3-YXL1.
