Function: This is intended for: 1) Automatic volumetric (mass) measurement of oil; qualitative data (density, vis-cosity, dryness, pressure, temperature) and unified sample taking according to GOST 2517; 2) Information issue, submitted by automation means to computer and following its displaying at the automated operator working place; 3) Automation of documents recording and movement, intended for commercial operations of commercial oil registration between Supplier and Consumer.

Completeness Inlet filters pack, oil quantity measurement unit with flowmeters (volumetric or mass); quality oil control (if required); drain pipelines system; module-shelter. Module-shelters are fitted with load-lifting devices (hoists), electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas-content control systems, fire alarm sensors, instruments. Automatic control system (ACS) includes: Automated working operator place with flow process visualization program, computor panel and secondary instruments panel. ACS is placed in common control room of the unit or in the control room module, supplied by "Corporation Uraltechnostroy" LLC. Measurement means accuracy of the Commercial Oil Registration Package conforms  to the governing document RD 153-39.4-042-99. A possibility of a bottle stand connection is provided in order to implement check and control of the densimeter. Commercial Oil Registration premise is made from modules with overall  dimensions 3000x6000x2950 mm, 3000x9000x2950 mm, which may be joined together and completed in any version as per requirement of Customer and designer. As per Customer requirement, equipment (instruments, shut-off valves, check valves) may be installed in the assemblage of Russian or import manufacture.
