Function: Chemical lab module is intended for monitoring the process in oil treatment units and quality control during acceptance operations.
Supply Sets: Chemical lab room comprises a heated module of frame-and-panel design, equipped with power supply, ventilation, sewer, and heating. Outer facing is made of metal profile sheet; inner one – plastic panels, or profile sheets, depending on function of the room and fire risk category. Thermal insulation – mineral wool. Floor – cement and chip board, covered with linoleum. Roof – metal sheets.
Lab module is completed with lab and household furniture, package of ana-lytical and general purpose lab equipment and set of consumables for stock-tank oil in compliance with GOST 9965 and TU 39-1623-93.
If required, area, planning, supply set and interior finishing can be changed. Also, URALTECHNOSTROY LTD manufactures auxiliary modules for chemical labs sized 3000x9000x2950mm and 6000x9000x2950mm.
