Nitrogen fire fighting unit secures addressed supply of fire extinguishing composition (nitrogen) to protected volume forming there nitrogen fire extinguishing concentration sufficient for localization and fire extinguishing. Furthermore, the package provides with fire detection when leakages and inflammation of oil and oil products occur under bottom of furnaces of type PTB-10A and in premises by means of temperature event alerts IP 103-1.
Completeness
Module-shelter is equipped with electrical or water heating system, lighting, ventilation; gas fire fighting modules MPG-150-80-24-02 (as per requirements of Customer, the installation of modules of any quantity and output is possible); piping valves, complete set of instrumentation, automation, control and safety.
An additional completeness with control and alarm devices, placed directly at process part of the furnace, as well as in the apparatus module (operator) is as per requirement of Customer.
The nitrogen fire fighting unit premise is made of modules sized 3000x9000x2950mm, that can be joined together and completed in any option as required by customer and designer.
The nitrogen fire fighting unit conform to OCT 26.260.18-2004 "Technological modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements".
