Completeness
Pumping module is equipped with:
-vertical tank V=0,9m3;
-pump unit TsSNA 38-176 completed with motor BA180M2, N=30 kW
-drain collector with stop valves.
Module-shelters are equipped with lifting devices (hoist), electrical or water heating systems, ventilation, lighting, fire alarm systems.
Drain tank discharge Pumping station can be displaced in module-shelter and upon opened frame and manufactured in various design execution and completeness depending on Customer and Designer requirements.
On customer request, a module can be supplied with alternative pumping equipment.
An additional completeness of pump units with control and alarm devices is as per customer requirement.
In case of necessity to assemble in modules two, three or more pump units, modules are joined in a single industrial premise.
Premise of modular drain discharge pumping station is manufactured from modules with dimensions of 3000x6000x2950mm, 3000x9000x2950mm, which can be joined together andcompleted in any version as per Customer requirement.
Manufacture of modular drain discharge pumping station conform to OCT 26.260.18-2004 "Technological modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements" and other normative documentation.
