Completeness
Off-site Oil Transfer Pumping Station is completed with main pump units of NPS type, filters, cooling system ()pumps of NSY-type) piping, stop valve, instruments and is displaced in Module-shelter.
Pumping oil transfer station can be displaced in module-shelter and upon opened frame and manufactured in various design execution and completeness depending on Customer requirements.
Manufacture of pumping station is possible with one, two, three and etc. main pumps, number of main and booster pump units of off-site oil transfer pumping station is defined by customer.
Module-shelter is equipped with lifting devices (hoist), electrical or water heating systems, ventilation, lighting, fire alarm systems, gas-content detectors, instruments.
Premise of oil transfer pumping station is manufactured from modules with dimensions of 3000x6000x2950mm, 3000x9000x2950mm, 3000x12000x2950mm, which can be completed in any version as per Customer requirement.
Off-site Oil Transfer Pumping Station conform to OCT 26.260.18-2004 "Technological modules for gas and oil industry. General technical requirements" and other normative documentation.
