Completeness
Pumping station includes:
-Pump units (centrifugal);
-Suction and discharge headers with stop valves;
-Leakage discharge pipelines;
-Instrumentation.
Shelter-modules are equipped with hoisting devices (chain hoists), electrical or water heating system, lighting, ventilation systems, gas-content and fire alarm detectors. Pumping oil transfer station can be displaced in module-shelter and upon opened frame and manufactured in various design execution and completeness de-pending on Customer requirements.
An additional completeness of pump units with control and alarm systems is as per Customer requirement.
Pumping oil transfer units depending on pump units dimensions and their numbers are completed from modules with dimensions of 3000x6000x2950mm, 3000x9000x2950mm.
In case of necessity of mounting in modules two, three or more pump units, modules are joined in a single production building.
Modular Oil Transfer Pumping Stations with pump units conform to OCT 26.260.18-2004 "Technological modules for gas and oil industry. General techni-cal requirements" and other normative documentation.
