Flow process description
Oil and gas mixture from a well by oil gathering collector enters into oil and gas separator C-1, where 1 stage of separation of oil from gas takes place. A special device, splitting oil flow into separate streams is installed at the inlet pipe union of the separator C-1 to improve separation processes, and a drop catcher based on Panchenkov grid is installed at the gas outlet from inlet separator. Partially, degassed oil by gravity enters in separator-accumulator C-2, operating at atmos-pheric pressure. Gas, separated from oil, leaves for flare Ф via valve-regulator of direct action KP and gas meter F1. Opening closing of valve-gate controls a level in C-1.
A final oil degassing and accumulation takes place in separator-accumulator C-2. As oil being accumulated, it is taken out from oil field by mo-tor transport. Gas from C-2 enters in which Inlet oil and gas separator on frame, V=50 m3; drainage tank V=2 m3; oil Registration unit, gas registration unit; pipe expansion; flare unit H=10m.
The operation mode consists of two cycles:
1 cycle - product accumulation;
2 cycle - discharge (loading) the accumulated product into oil tank trucks.
A local control is provided at the unit per pressure in C-1 and C-2 by means of gages and per level by means of float level indicators, as well as pressure regula-tion, gas flow rate registration to flare and oil registration delivered to tank cars by means of instruments and facility.
All the measuring and regulation equipment may be both mechanical (and it does not require electric power for operation) and electrical one. In case, elec-tricity is available at the unit, alarm and interlock system is provided. The unit is demountable and portable.
Completeness
The following items are included in the composition of the package:
-Inlet oil & gas separator V=4m3 (6,3m3) skid mounted including interconnect-ing piping, service platform, gas registration unit with complete set of stop-regulating valves and Instrumentation;
-Separation & accumulating vessel V=50m3 skid mounted including intercon-necting piping, service platform, oil registration unit with complete set of stop-regulating valves and Instrumentation (number of vessels is defined by the unit capacity required);
-Drain vessel;
-Pipe expander;
-Flare unit (H=10…35m) with manual kindling (or with automatic kindling).
This unit is possible to be supplied with exhaust pumps.
