Function: Intended for dosed injection of liquid demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors into pipe-line of produced system of oil transport and treatment with the purpose of internal oil demulcification, and also for protection of pipelines and equipment from corrosion.

Completeness   Automated chemicals injection package (BAPR) is manufactured in modular execu-tion. Equipment is assembled on a welded frame and located in heat-insulated prem-ise. The package consists of: - Process section; - Apparatus section. The following is assembled in the process section: - dosing station, performing uninterruptible volumetric dosage of liquid demulsi-fiers and corrosion inhibitors (a standby dosing pump is provided); - gear pump of НМШ type, performing filling of process vessels with chemical and periodical chemical mixing in vessels; - process vessel, intended for chemical storage and heating by means of in-built electrical heater. The process vessel is equipped with a level indicator for visual liquid level control.  Control of electrical equipment, assembled in the process section, is made from control cabinet, which is located in the apparatus section. Local control system, per-forming inhibitor injection control depending on oil and gas-liquid mixture, includes micro process control device and instrumentation.  Parameters that possible to be taken from local control panel are: - pressure discharged from pumps; - chemicals, demulsifiers temperature; - alarm signal of lower emergency level of process vessel. Module-shelters are equipped with electrical or water heating system, lighting, heating, ventilation, gas content control systems and fire alarm sensors.   Automated chemicals injection premise (BAPR) is executed from modules with dimensions of 3000x6000x2950 mm, 3000x9000x2950 mm, which can be joined and completed in any option per Customer and Designer requirements.
