Function:  These are intended for preliminary separation of produced products into oil, gas and formation water directly within the area of oil wells with following treatment, measurement and pumping the products in pipeline, as well as for fi-nal oil treatment up to stock-tank quality.

Completeness

Depending on physical and chemical properties and quality of the final product automated modular complexes for oil collection and treatment are completed with the following equipment: 

Manifold unit, oil and gas separator, three-phase separator; oil heater; formation water treatment unit; gas separator; oil pumping unit; water pumping unit; cluster pumping station; measuring-regulation unit; commercial (operational) oil registration unit; flare unit; buffer and drainage vessels; tanks; control panel station module; control room; workshop; chemical lab; modern automation system; software etc, as per requirements of the Customer.

All technological modular premises are equipped with:

·        lighting;

·        electrical or water heating (with automatic maintenance of the set air temperature inside module);

·        exhaust ventilation (if not specified other);

·        fire alarm sensors

·        terminal boxes for connection of  outer cables, located on the inside wall of module close to cable entries (for module equipment);

·        bolt-on block-boxes for electrical energy distribution (for explosion hazardous premises of D category ).

Completeness also includes:

·        automatics cabinets (controller and secondary instruments), located in control room;

·        cabinets of remote modules of distributed input/output, located in control panel station module;

·        low-voltage control panels 0,4 kV, distribution device - 6kV, automatic load transfer, transformers, located in control panel station module, distribution device - 6kV;

·        assembled instrumentatation and automatics, cabling (for modular equipment);

·        full documentation complete set

Development, manufacture, delivery of the equipment modular complex with maximal pre-fabrication is 6-8 months.
